Last Day of Prep before the KoP (Kick off Party)
Today will be the final loading of bags for the KoP.  We decided to check one bag for the day packs, trekking poles, boots, and other general hiking paraphernalia. 

Checks yesterday found that parts of Zion are still closed due to flooding damage, including Angel's Roost, which I'm guessing is damage to the approach.  I had removed this trail from consideration, but was still considering to travel as far as Walter's Wiggles.  Hopefully they will have completed repairs by the time that we arrive.

Checks on forecasts for the 3 main areas of the sojourn were excellent (DEN - 80/60, Moab - 90/60, Zion - 80/50).  We have added a light fleece jacket to our packs for the nights in/around Bryce, which is @ 10,300 feet.
